We establish upfront which work eats the most time, so the day itself is pure execution.
Morning: foundation
AI accounts set up properly (vendor-neutral, whatever fits you), email and document workflows connected.
Afternoon: your workflows
2–3 automations for your daily work: configured, tested, on your own examples. Training for you and your assistant runs alongside.
Afterwards: 30 days of support
Documentation to look things up, plus questions by email or phone, until everything sticks.

What the AI Day is not
The AI Day is one day of my hands. By evening, two or three workflows run that used to be done by hand, and that is where it stays. No department comes into being that keeps developing itself, nothing is measured on an ongoing basis, and there are no monthly reports.
That is not a shortcoming; it is the point: one clearly bounded day with a clearly bounded promise, at a fixed price. The AI Day is a finished offer, not a starter package. You don't have to book anything afterwards, and I won't ask.
If you want to hand over a task for good, with measurement, quality checks and ongoing operations, the AI Department is the other route. That is a decision of its own, not the next tier.

What if one day isn't enough?
Then I'll say so in the pre-call, before you book. The AI Day is deliberately limited: better 2–3 workflows that truly run than ten half-finished ones.
Which tools get set up?
Vendor-neutral, whatever fits your business: e.g. Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, plus custom automations I build for you.
On-site or remote?
On-site within about an hour of Emmerich (Lower Rhine & Dutch border region). Remote works too, though on-site is more effective in practice.
