I measure how much time it takes.
The written plan
You get a plan: what can be automated, what can't, what it costs, and how much time you get back.
What you keep
The plan and the numbers, even if you book nothing else. Both are yours.
What it is not
Not a workshop, not a training, not a presentation about artificial intelligence. I build nothing on that day. I find out what needs building.
If you then go ahead with the build, I credit the €490 in full. The check effectively costs you nothing.

Why does the AI Check cost €490 instead of being free?
Because it is a working day, not a sales call: half a day in your business, one measured workflow, a written plan. The plan is yours even if you book nothing else. If you install, the €490 is credited in full.
What if nothing in my business can be automated?
Then the plan says so, with reasons. That is a result too: you know what has to stay manual and why, and you spend no money on a gamble.
AI Day or AI Check: which fits me?
The AI Day builds immediately: one day on-site, and by evening two or three workflows run. The AI Check builds nothing yet; it measures one workflow and delivers a plan and a fixed quote for an AI department. If you already know what has to go: AI Day. If you want to hand over a task for good: AI Check.
