My own email assistant (Inbox Guardian) processes over 61,000 emails with 166 automated tests. For RAZ Fire Protection (NL), a project dashboard with an AI inbox is in daily use: photos, invoices and timesheets are emailed to the project, the AI assigns them, a human confirms.

Do I need new software for this?
Usually not. The automation builds on what you already use: email, Excel, your industry tool. New tools are only added when they pay for themselves.
What if the AI makes mistakes?
Every system starts in observation mode: it suggests, you decide. Only after it has proven itself for weeks may it act on its own, and everything is logged.
Can the solutions run fully locally?
Yes, and that is built practice, not a promise: VoiceDok recognizes speech offline on the device, VoiceFlow works fully locally, Inbox Guardian runs on my own hardware. Where a cloud model makes sense, it runs on EU endpoints under a data processing agreement.
